Spending 7 years in QA (Quality Assurance) within the Supply world, I eventually transferred my love of QA within the Computer world and have spent 16 years doing that so far. As I continue on my IT (Information Technology) journey, I have 23 years of QA experience to back up each and every one of these articles I write. To include 4 degrees in computers & 5 certifications. Should there be any doubt from any of my readers, I do professionally know what I am talking about.
I consider myself very rough around the edges, straight to the point, and with no sugar coating hence the word “Soft-e” was created. As I am not soft, one of my favorite nick names at work has been “bull-dog” and I wear the title proudly as any QA person should. Over the years, I am trying to calm down some, mediation is a daily practice, but I still have a strong bite. My writing style usually relates to a tangible object when describing computer concepts to ensure even the simplest of minds can understand. My love for QA and teaching the very best practices of QA has set me on this journey to create a blog dedicated to QA and all the different topics I have run across in my career. And thus the birth of QA Soft-e was created.
